The ideal candidate is an experienced sales lion, comfortable with a commission only pay structure, who has taken at least one company from seed round all the way to a successful client portfolio.
Has extensive experience in client acquisition strategies, closing proposals, and managing client relationships.
Has a finger on the pulse of the respective industry and competitive trends, monitors key trends and pivots accordingly, impeccable sales and interpersonal skills, while maintaining credibility with clients; and keeps the acquisition process liquid.
The Director of Sales and Client Acquisition will have primary responsibility for leading the overall DFRI growth strategy, in partnership with the co-founders, external communications, marketing, sales efforts to achieve the revenue objectives, promote company products through relevant media channels, making presentations in industry conferences, media appearances etc.
Report on milestones to the company’s owners and founding members. Must be self-directed and work remotely without supervision.
Required experience and Education:
Sales: 5 years
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree, MBA preferred
Bilingual a plus
Commission Only – Competitive Percentage + Equity
