-The Human Resources Consultant and Advisory Partner will independently work with executives and senior leadership to implement and oversee Human Resources strategy, policies and activities within assigned organizations.
-Primary functions include employee relations, compliance, compensation, change management, organizational development, talent management, management coaching, workshop delivery, and policy development, to help drive and support appropriate change.
-The successful candidate will work directly with site managers to identify, develop and deliver projects to align with business objectives and to address organizational needs.
-Establish and use metrics and analytics to show ROI for proposed HR strategies
-Appropriately influence and challenge business decisions from a strategic HR perspective
-Develop and consult with business leaders on change management strategies. Partner with leadership, management and respective HR talent to effectively drive and implement change efforts.
-Partners with managers in executing Organization Effectiveness Strategies.
-Collaborate with company leadership in the design of strategic HR programs/processes that align with business needs and external best practices including legal compliance.
-Partner with appropriate HR members to ensure business & HR strategies are interconnected and effectively managed. Work with direct reports to build organizational bench strength and capability by actively engaging employees through talent planning initiatives and key developmental experiences.
5 years of experience in human resources, employee relations or a business related field
Expertise in areas of organizational effectiveness, talent management, leadership development, and change management
High proficiency in employment laws, including state and federal regulations
High-level management of complex projects that may involve multiple HR practices
A passion for workplace development, leading and managing change in the business and in HR
Bachelor’s Degree (required), Master’s or MBA (preferred)
Strong presence with experience influencing the business strategy and shaping HR strategic direction
HRCI and/or SHRM or other industry certifications a plus
Bilingual a plus / must be self-directed and work remotely without supervision
