This role is ideal for someone who has a right mix of leadership, passion for workplace development, experience in employment law, business savvy, entrepreneurial spirit, problem- solving skills along with exceptional oral and written communication skills.
In addition to being the face and voice of the company, the co-founder will play an important role in developing growth strategies for the firm. Identifies potential new business markets and works with client acquisition team to put in place necessary steps to proceed in new markets. Source new relationships with businesses that can benefit from our solutions and managing those relationships on an ongoing basis. Generate new revenue by forming relationships with businesses.
Must have a passion for strategic Human Resources programs.
Understands the importance of linking business objectives with HR programs.
Entrepreneurial spirit with start-up and team building experience.
Seasoned business professional with a passion for workplace development, background in employment law, business consulting, safety, etc.
Familiar with social media marketing, business presentations and other digital marketing tactics.
Interest in exploring new industries in the areas of Mining, Manufacturing, Recycling, Call-centers, Hotels/Motels & resorts.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (BA) in Marketing, Public relations, Business or related field, and 5 – 7 years related sales experience required. MBA preferred.
Must be self-directed and work remotely without supervision.
Commission Only – Competitive Percentage + Equity
